Hello @ame1,Let's go through the rules. What else has to happen if N is published in the fall?
1. K must also be in the fall.
F: N K
2. If K is published in the fall, then so is O.
F: N K O
This demonstrates why O cannot be published in the spring.

There is no restriction on how many can go in the fall
