Let's go through the rules. What else has to happen if N is published in the fall?

1. K must also be in the fall.

F: N K

2. If K is published in the fall, then so is O.

F: N K O

This demonstrates why O cannot be published in the spring.

if M(spring) then P(fall)
where is room for L to go in fall?

There is no restriction on how many can go in the fall
