September 2006 LSAT Section 3 Question 6

Which one of the following is an acceptable selection of committee members?

I can seem to find what I am missing that makes E the answer over A?

I have gone through the rules for each answer choice and narrowed it down to A and E, however I am not sure what I am missing to single out one correct answer.
