Why not C?

Can someone explain to me why c is incorrect?

Hi @nivensdc,

Thanks for the question! The problem with (C) is that the study concerns relative changes in productivity, not absolute amount of productivity. In other words, it’s about increasing productivity, and so workers at both plants could start off with the same level of or different levels of productivity. Thus, (C) doesn’t really have the effect of strengthening the argument that we would want it to have.
