This is not a lesson. There is no explanation or theory provided to explain WHY the conclusions are what they are. The "lesson" is essentially 25 minutes of "this is the right answer because it is the right answer".

i do not believe she means she found this confusing. I agree that this lesson is not teaching any strategy on how to answer the question. All it is showing is what the correct answer is.
