Hey there! so my biggest concern is that me thinking of a plan on how to set up a question like this is going to take up a lot of time. And so far that is my biggest struggle. Especially with the hybrid questions where I don't know what is going to pop up... Any tips?

Happy to help. The biggest key to setting up questions quickly is
doing lots and lots of games. If possible, you should do every logic
game that's ever been published so that you have a large repository
you can draw from when setting up unique games (including hybrids).
