Hello,I'd like to know why A is the correct answer? Line 32 explains how some experts would tack on digitization to the list of copyright laws but the rest of the paragraph explains the issues with doing this. One of those issues is that there are less restrictions for academics but I cannot find where the experts think that the same rules should apply to them?
I chose E since it seems like the experts cited would want to view it identical to printed copyright violations.
Thank you in advance.

Hi all,I initially chose E as well. But i think the support for (A) comes from lines 48 to 53:
"an expanded law might not cover the majority of
(50) transmissions, given the vast numbers of users who are
academics and the fact that current copyright law
allows generous exemptions for those engaged in
private study or research."
I hope this helps, please do correct me if im wrong :)
