There may be some truth to answer choice A. I might not agree that an increased interest in women's history has changed archaeology, but nothing stands out as blatantly incorrect. However, when it comes to main point questions, we often have to consider what the answer choice leaves out. If there is something in the passage that you consider to be very important, it should probably be included in the main point. What would that important element be when it comes to answer choice A? Textiles! The whole passage is about textile production by women, and yet answer choice A contains no mention of textiles, nor of the recreation of ancient methods to which the whole last paragraph is dedicated.
