Explanation for Answer Choice C

I understand why B is correct, but I originally selected option C and don't understand why that is not correct. When I write it out I have: (the first letter in each being Jan, and the latter being Feb.) 1: Y R 2: P G 3: G Y Could you please explain where the error is with this answer choice? Thank you
