(A) and (B) differ with regards to what they identify as the Sufficient and Necessary variables.
Remember, the term "only if" introduces the Necessary condition. Since (A) and (B) both use this term but flip the variable that follows it, they flip the variable that is Necessary and diagram out to have different meanings.
(A) Potato is an ingredient only if jalapeno is an ingredient. P -> J NOT J -> NOT P
(B) Jalapeno is an ingredient only if potato is an ingredient. J -> P NOT P -> NOT J
