Hi! So this is saying that H and W would be on I which does not work.

F:
I: HW

Since W is on I, we know that Z has to be on F since they must me on different committees. Then since we know that Z is on F we get

F: Z
I: HW

The last rule tells us that if Z is on F, then H must also be on F. The initial scenario says that H is on I, so we know that this cannot be true.
