A is incorrect because we already know V cannot visit France which would leave WYZ as the three representatives visiting France at least once. Rule 5 tells us that if you visit F you cannot visit I. If WYZ are all in France, that doesn't leave anyone else able to visit I, and there are still two months remaining.

I was able to prove D correct using the following placements:
F: Z Z Z W
G: Y W V W
I: Y V Y V

I can't find any solutions that satisfy this answer choice. I KNOW D must be correct because all of the other answers are obviously wrong.
I know that Z must be the person visiting F in 3 consecutive months. I also know that W MUST occupy month 4 for G since none of the other pieces can. That means that Z MUST occupy month 4 for F meaning that W MUST occupy month 1 for F. I can't find a solution where I don't end up having Y occupying 2 cities at the same time. Has anyone solved this?

Solved it!

F: WZZZ
G: YWVW
I: VYYV

Because Velez needs to go to Ghana between trips to India. My setup turned out a little different. Not sure if this discrepancy is a big deal or not, please let me know if this is ok.

F: ZZZW
G: YWVW
I:YVYV

Or could it be Velez Neds to make a trip in between , no statement of exact placement.

I think I answered question.

Thanks
