Which one of the following could be a complete and accurate list of the members of the crew?

I took the rule stating "at least one task must be done each day" to mean that days 1,2, and 3 must all have at least one task done on them. After watching the video setup I see that we can have just two days. Could someone explain this wording to me? Thanks!
