What is C true/ the wrong answer?

The passage of #5 clearly states that 50 of each were sterilized.

50 sets, not 50 instruments. Wording threw me off too.

Same, the wording was quite confusing, I thought the correct answer was C. I totally overlooked the word "each" in answer B as well.
