Same. I was able to eliminate the other choices but I don't really understand answer E. Can someone please explain. Thanks!

The two inferences seem to be that this exceptional performance may be explained by an adequate level of talent combined with intense training. The other inference is that motivation factors might be more predictive than innate talent.
