A good tip for the future: Strengthen with necessary premise questions will usually incorporate the term assumption or a synonym. It will also not include the word "if" as that would be a good indicator that you are looking at a Strengthen with sufficient premise question.
This is a must be true question, as it is just asking you to find what must be true.
