Whats wrong with C

I get why E is right. I picked C though and I am trying to figure out why it is wrong. Is it lacking because although they are told to reduce stress it still is more than sitting in an office? Is there another reason?

@avif, happy to help!

(E) undermines the passage more than (C) does for a few reasons. To begin, (C) uses weak language like "are encouraged." Also, physical work already starts at a level of heavy stress and we don't know how much stress is reduced through these techniques to know how it compares to an office setting. Moreover, (C) does not explicitly connect this heavy stress to the incidence of lower-back injuries, nor does it relate clearly to the passage's conclusion about office equipment and workers' health.

Does that make sense? Hope it helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
