Negation (S&N) vs logical opposite (True V False)

Is "negation" the same concept as the" logical opposite" of True V false? For example, the logical opposite of "could be true" is cannot be true" If I wanted to negate "could be true" would it just be the logical opposite above or would it be "could not be true."? Lastly, am I conflating two entirely different concepts? Does Sufficient/Necessary conditions have anything to do with the Ying/Yang lesson and logical opposites?

@jglen, great question. The negation is the same thing as the logical opposite. If you wanted to negate "could be true," the negation would be "NOT could be true," which is the same thing as saying "cannot be true."

Does this make sense? Let us know if you have any other questions!
