Contrapositive of last rule

Hi, I just want to make sure I properly understood the last rule. I wrote the contrapositive of "If L is on Friday, then L is at 1pm" as "If L is at 2pm or 3pm, then L is on Thursday." This deduction helped me master the scenarios and deduce that L could not be at 1pm on Thursday. Is this correct?
