Why is B wrong?

I see that for metro H or F can be placed but why cant G be placed twice in M? Please explain thank you

Answer choice (B) is incorrect because of Rule 2 which states that "at least one photograph in the Lifestyle section must be by a photographer who has at least one photograph in the Metro section."

The question stem tells us that the two photographs in the Lifestyle section are by F and H. This means that either F or H must have at least one photograph in the Metro section. Therefore, both photographs in the Metro section cannot be by G.
