You are correct that the first step is to find all the contrapositives.

X --> B
Not B --> Not X

Y --> Not C
C --> Not Y

Not X --> C
Not C --> X

The second step is to connect the premises using transitive chains to draw our conclusion. Remember that we can create a transitive chain if the necessary condition of one diagram matches the sufficient condition of another.

Y --> Not C --> X --> B

From this, we can conclude Y --> B.

We can also do the contrapositive and conclude Not B --> Not Y.

Not B --> Not X --> C --> Not Y
