Hi, I don't work for lsat max but I also choose b. After reviewing I see why B is incorrect. It states that Meyerson is critiquing the movement, but she's actually critiquing their ideas\ proponents. Critiquing the movement would be mean Meyerson has issue with CLS in entirety, her issue is actually with some of their beliefs, which is exactly what E says. I hope this helps.
