George?

The third rule says each crew member does at least one task. This means George must do the taping. Wouldn't the answer be Leanda and George, or Olaf and George? If George does not do the taping, then he did not complete a task during the installation, which goes against what the third rule says.

The rule only applies to the crew members, and we do not know if George was included in the crew. Notice that we are told there's a max of 5 in the crew, but we have 7 people.
