Can you please explain why (C) is incorrect?

The main assertion of the critics in paragraph (B) is that it is impossible to understand another culture's values through the lens of only one (the majority) culture's lens. I know that (B) is also included in the passage, but what makes (C) incorrect? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Ceci_Perez,

Thanks for the question! So this question is asking us for what critics who raise the objection discussed in the second paragraph would most likely agree with. Well, what do these critics think? They present their objection in the second paragraph, and then develop their own theory in the third paragraph, which holds that “multicultural education ought to adopt a neutral stance with respect to the value differences among cultures.” In other words, neutrality. And nothing is mentioned about more than one cultural perspective. So (C) is unsupported by the passage and thus incorrect.

Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.
