Thanks for the question! Just because the word “moral” appears in the stimulus doesn’t mean that the author questions the ethical basis of an economic situation. There is no ethical basis being questioned. The word “moral” in the stimulus is used as “a moral,” like a lesson, like a moral of Aesop’s fables. So it’s not being used in the sense of a moral, like ethics. And it’s not questioning the moral anyway.
