Thanks for the question! “Phenomenon” in logical reasoning questions is basically its ordinary meaning. It’s just something that’s happened or is happening or will happen. Some kind of event. The Revolutionary War was a “phenomenon.” Decomposition is a biological “phenomenon.” It might be a bit strange, but theoretically a kid’s birthday party could be a “phenomenon.”
