Thanks for the question! A single “I” feature can occupy both 1 and 2. However, read the question stem carefully! It’s asking you which one of the following is REQUIRED for that issue. In other words, this is a MUST BE TRUE question. “I” in both 1 and 2 is certainly a COULD BE TRUE. But it doesn’t have to be true. There are other possibilities where I takes up the first 3 slots, or just the first slot.
