Why is C correct instead of B?

I can't seem to figure out why C would be the correct answer, as Olga cannot be a facilitator. In C, olga is a facilitator

Hi @Alec,

Thanks for the question! I’m not sure where you got that Olga can’t be a facilitator from. Take a look at the last rule. We’re told there that Olga is definitely a facilitator. It’s Kelly who can’t be the facilitator.
