I think we can make a few useful deductions here.

First, let's note down that T and U are in row H

G _ _ _
H _ _ _ (t,u)

Since w e know that R is with q, s or both, r cannot be in for H, so we have

G _ R _
H _ _ _ (t,u)

We also know that T can never be in seat 1, and that s and u can never be in seat 3.
