I had a bit of a tricky time with this one myself, but there is another order that works if H is fourth.
The following order meets all of our conditions:
Q J S H Y G R 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
1) Consecutive articles cannot cover the same topic as each other. The order of these articles goes: Nutrition, Finance, Nutrition, Finance, Wildlife, Finance, Nutrition. 2) Q is not third and S is not earlier than Q. 3) S is earlier than Y. 4) J is earlier than G and G is earlier than R.
