Question 14 rule 4

Question 14 rule 4, it says that J may drive other days also beside Wednesday and Saturday, but you build rule 4 ignoring this info, Why?

The fact that j could drive other days doesn't really constrain us at all. That is, it's really just a note that the rule mandates when he drives, but not when he doesn't. There thus wouldn't be much to add here by including the fact that he can go other days, because that's just reiterating that J, like the others, can drive any day that he isn't otherwise barred from driving.
