If the shoe store is in space 4, which one of the following must be true?

One of the rules is that the pharmacy has to be on one end and the restaurant has to be on the other end. Therefore, how would the shoe store go into row 4 if the restaurant is in either the first row or the last row the other restaurant is in slot 4. please explain.
