I chose Answer A, rather than B for this question as well. In reviewing this question, I believe I got it incorrect for the following reason:Neither Passage A nor Passage B discusses the "Biological Understanding" of Music. Although both discuss Music and how it affects one's emotional response, this process is psychological rather than biological. A biological understanding of Musical Emotions might dig deeper into cells, neurons, or the biological process behind processing music.
I just took a stab at this explanation, so please correct if I am wrong. This is just my understanding of where I might have veered in the wrong direction.

Alexis, I completely agree with your explanation here. Emotions are frequently mentioned in the passages and how music makes "feel," rather than how our body systems react to music (which would have a biological response), therefore I think answer B is more applicable here.Emil-Kunkin on January 20, 2023
Hi, one word is not enough to make an answer right. There is nothing in the passage about the biological underpinnings of how we respond to music, so why would you title a passage "biological underpinnings" if it does not talk about biological underpinnings?
