B is not proved by the passage. The passage tells us that violence is a special form of aggression, and an extreme one. We are then told that violence is distinct from the normal self expression requires for survival.

This does not guarantee that the normal self expression is generally not aggressive. It may show it is not violent, but it doesn't show anything about the broader category of aggression.
