Answer choice (B) is incorrect because the features are relevant to the quality of that entity. The stimulus concludes that the team will be successful because they will be the best in the city. While the argument is flawed, the team's talent is not irrelevant to its success.

Answer choice (E) is correct because of the jump in reasoning made in the second sentence of the stimulus. The author tells us that the best team is the team most likely to win the championship. The author then takes this information to conclude that their club will almost certainly win the championship. Almost certainly is much stronger than most likely; therefore, the author cannot properly draw this conclusion.
