Why is C and not D the answer?

I'm having trouble understanding why D isn't the answer. I've drawn out a valid hypothetical where T, W, and Y are all in the afternoon: RSZWYT. Please explain why D is not the answer and why C is correct.

the reason C is correct and no D is because it is asking who MUST be scheduled to perform in the afternoon not who COULD. So in retrospect, it is asking no matter any scenario these variables will 100% be in the afternoon. A valid scenario such as RZWYTS proves that W does NOT have to be in the afternoon. But as you see YT are.
