Hi @yckim2180,

Happy to help!

The stimulus starts out by telling us about a recent study which suggests that consuming three glasses of wine daily substantially decreases your risk of having a stroke.

A number of people have criticized this study. They argue that the study is misleading and that drinking three glasses of wine daily will not benefit health overall. Why? Because binge drinkers are the people most likely to have three glasses of wine in one day and binge drinking increases your risk of sudden heart attack.

What is the issue here? The critics tell us that binge drinkers are the most likely to have three glasses of wine in one day without providing us with evidence to back up this claim. This overlooks the possibility that there are individuals who regularly consume three glasses of wine per day, as opposed to drinking three or more glasses once a week or less. If this is the case, then these individuals would not be at a higher risk for a sudden heart attack because they do not partake in binge drinking.

Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
