Is one word wrong in the correct answer?

Shouldn't the correct answer (A) state it is "less" likely to be misunderstood?

Hi @RonMayer,

Thanks for the question!

Answer choice (A) is written correctly.

The passage tells us that legal and diplomatic language does not have literary value and that the goal of this is to prevent misinterpretation which can have serious consequences.

Therefore, the stimulus is assuming that language which has literary value is more likely to be misunderstood. This would be why legal and diplomatic language would not have literary value i.e. to reduce the likelihood of misinterpretation.

Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
