rule 1 and rule 5

Rule 1 states that J recieved more votes than O and rule 5 states that P received fewer votes than L but more votes than N and O I have it diagrammed as: J>O L>P>N so if J >O and L>P>O wouldn't O have three things to the left leading to the deduction that O cannot be in slot #3? Just double checking.
