Hi @urinajugovic1 ,

(A) should be the correct answer here, not B. If you were wondering why B is incorrect, that is because availability of a treatment does not properly explain the efficacy of said treatment.

Ex: I wonder why planes can fly with wings, but they cannot fly without them...
A: wings generate lift - CORRECT
B: wings can be found anywhere - INCORRECT
