I don't understand why B is right

You say that if J is in the second game, G is in the third game, so they're split up. Why IS G in the third game? If there's no rule to split up J and G, can't they go together in the second game, with F and H in the third game and L and M in the first?

I don't understand why A is not right
In Scenario A I would have the following combination
HL in the first Game
JM in the second Game
FG in the 3rd Game

What is wrong with the combination? and what is wrong with answer choice A where if Henry plays in the first game then Gary must play in the 3rd game?

For a rule replacement question, we must make sure that the answer would have the exact same impact on the game as the original rule. The potential scenario above would not violate any rules, but what about another scenario, when H is not in the first game? If we replace the rule banning g and J with A, the following scenario is possible

1: L and M
2: F and H
3: j and g

Since this would be allowed under A, it is clear that A would not have the same effect as the original rule.
