Which one of the following most accurately states the main point of the passage?

Why A and not B?

I got all other questions on this passage correct, and I understood them, but I am wondering why B is wrong? I interpreted it as corporations must act morally in general (or the people inside them), and that the CEO was an example of someone who must act morally.

I interpreted it the same way too

I think the main issue with B is that it goes beyond what the passage actually said. The passage seems to deny the possibility of corporate morality, rather than think it is just a hard thing to ascribe as shown around line 15. More than this, the passage doesn't really focus on the obligation of the entire nonhuman entity to act morally, but is almost entirely about the obligation of the actual humans running them to act morally.
