Because one of the rules states that a trip to Guadeloupe needs to happen between the two trips to Martinique. This does not happen here.

That's right, B doesn't work because we need to see an M--G--M block in the correct answer choice. With B, there is no G between the two Ms, so we can get rid of this choice.
