This is a flawed argument because the author is assuming the outlet is plugged in most of the time. Which is a much larger or broader amount of time then what the premise says which is when she inserts a dollar. The correct conclusion would be:
insert dollar -MOST- outlet plugged in
B) people who have read -SOME- found disturbing
lack vivid imagination --> not disturbing OR
disturbing --> vivid imagination
Conclusion: people who have read -SOME- vivid imagination
Answer B is incorrect because the language does not match the stimulus. The stimulus uses "MOST" and answer choice B uses "SOME". Secondly, its valid/ perfect and doesn't have a flaw. I suppose you could first eliminate answer choices that don't match the language and then tune into which answer has the same flaw. I'm not a tutor and just studying as well.

D)
people who have read -MOST- found disturbing
not vivid imagination --> not disturbing OR
disturbing --> vivid imagination
Conclusion:
all people -MOST- vivid imagination
This answer choice uses the correct language, "MOST". It also presents the same flaw because the conclusion uses a much larger or broader group in the conclusion. Instead of "people who have read" it uses "people" or as I interpret it, "all people".
