What are the deductions we can make about Moderates (Besides Rule 1)

Please explain what deductions can be made about the Moderates

Rule one is pretty much it, the moderates are effectively wild cards. Just know that, as we have here, whoever there are two cs and one or more l on the same side, both ms must be on that side
