Question 12

When creating the bigger chain for the addition rule that p>j, why is it that the only number of variables that can be placed is three and not five? I'm not understanding why O and K cannot be placed since O>K.

I think that's because of N. We know that o comes at some point before K and after J, but N could come before, after, or in between them as long as N is still after P.
