So if C is true it makes the conclusion of the argument less likely to be true. It isn't that the newspaper is biased and is choosing to public movie reviews instead of theater reviews, it's just that they have more people who are writing movie reviews than theater reviews, and still publishing them equal to the corresponding number of reviews that are written.
