Hi Courtney,
The issue with A lies in lines 17-21, where it says before 1989, supercomputers were too slow and inefficient to accurately predict the flow of oil through oil fields. This makes us realize that before 1989 supercomputers were not powerful enough (the opposite of what A is saying).
