Hello LSATMax team. Could someone please explain to me why E is incorrect? I interpreted the last paragraph as support for choosing E. Could you please explain where I went wrong?

This is a tricky one! The issue with E is that the author is not actually proposing a specific revision of the code, rather they are just advocating that the code be revised. E implies that the author is laying out a particular revision and then using the passage to argue for their particular revision.
