Can you please explain this question because I'm not able to understand that how V cannot go in Fall because there is a conditions which says that, If T is in Fall then V will be in Fall.

Hi @saksham, I think that the rule might not exactly say that if t is in the fall then v is in the fall. I think you derived that from rule 2, which is that if V is spring then T is spring. We can take the contrapositive and see that if T is not in the spring then V is not in spring.

This is not exactly the same as saying that if T is in the fall then V will be in the fall. This is because T could be in both fall and spring, as is the case in this question. I think you're equating T in the fall with T not being in spring, which is not always the case as T could in fact be in both.

Note that your interpretation would have been spot on for a true in/out game, but this game allows the cities to go in both fall and spring, not either or.
