When I download the packet, the text doesn't pop up. Only the watermark on the pages do. Could you please send this to my email or help troubleshoot?

Hi SRW,

I would try to delete your initial download, and then try again in chrome. I just tried to download the packet in safari and encountered the same issue that you described where the text never showed up. I tried again in chrome (on a laptop) and that time it worked, with the text properly rendered.
